Post Treatment requires no down time and you continue as normal. You may carry out some light activity such as walking or gym session. Generally you will begin to see results 4 weeks post treatment and see optimum results after 12 weeks, once the fat cells have been naturally disbursed through the lymphatic system and remaining fat cells are condensed.
The first 24hrs, no carbohydrates, alcohol or caffeine to maximise results. Drink a minimum of 2-4 litres everyday for 12 weeks, as this will optimise the dissipation of the fat cells. Keep a well balanced diet to help keep long lasting results.
